About this apprenticeship

Sala Thai Kitchen is an award-winning Thai restaurant and cooking school in the heart of St Albans, led by Foodies Festival presenter and experienced cookery teacher Thippawan Rashleigh. We're looking for an aspiring leader to support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and grow into a key supervisory role across our restaurant floor.

Working week

Shift work. At least 30 hours a week, you will need to be available to work some weekends and evenings.
