This exciting opportunity to develop your career in rescare while gaining valuable leadership and management experience. You will work alongside the Registered Manager and wider care team to support the effective day-to-day running of the home, while helping to ensure children and young people receive safe, nurturing and high-quality care.

Working week

Working on a shift-based rota, which may include daytime and evening shifts, weekends and bank holidays. Working hours will vary. The apprentice may also be required to work sleep-in or waking-night shifts, where applicable to the setting.
