About this apprenticeship

Direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in an efficient and effective way. General assistance to the Practice team and project a positive/friendly image to everyone. Provide efficient, informative and supportive reception/administration services to patients and members of the primary health care team.

Working week

Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. 8.00am - 5.00pm for 4 of those days and then one half day at 8.00am - 1.00pm.
