About this apprenticeship

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established family butcher with an on-site abattoir. Gain hands-on experience across the full process, from preparation to finished product, while developing specialist butchery skills in a busy and supportive team environment.

Working week

Working days and hours will be agreed at interview. Typical hours: Wednesday, 5:30am- 4:00pm. Thursday, 7:30am- 4:00pm. Friday, 7:30am- 5:00pm. Saturday, 7:30am- 1:00pm. Plus, one day per week will be spent at college.
