About this apprenticeship

Join Care Givers as a Team Leader and make a meaningful difference every day. You will lead and support colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, coordinate support packages, oversee care plans and risk assessments, and promote the choice, dignity, independence and wellbeing of the people we support.

Working week

Working days: 5 days a week, covering a 7-day shift pattern. Alternative weekend and bank holiday working will be expected as part of the role. Working times: There will be a mix of shifts covering 7.00am to 10.00pm with regular breaks/lunch break.
