About this apprenticeship

You’ll support guests from booking to check-out, handling enquiries, bookings and questions while providing advice and resolving issues. You’ll also work with owners, suppliers and teams, support property launches, social media, events and other tasks in our growing business.

Working week

Working pattern: Tuesday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 12pm–8pm, /Saturday 9am-5pm Days off: Sunday & Monday with agreed flexibility where possible
