About this apprenticeship

We are looking for a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprentice to support the Mac-Nutrition Collective's administration and customer service team. The role provides accurate, professional and timely support across email, telephone, WhatsApp, social media and in-person events, alongside admin, orders, payments, audits and event support.

Working week

Monday - Friday. Shift pattern: Either 9.00am - 5:30pm or 10:30am - 7.00pm. Occasional Saturday shift which will include a day off in the week.
