About this apprenticeship

You will provide support to the Customer Service Team and the management team to ensure all key activities are completed accurately manner, whilst maintaining high standards of customer service. You will work with customers and shopfloor operations to ensure their needs are met, whilst identifying opportunities to improve our systems.
