About this apprenticeship

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with Hyland Support Services through the Children, Young People & Families Practitioner Level 4 Apprenticeship. In this role, you would work as a Support Worker, supporting young people aged 16–18 who are in care or transitioning out of care.

Working week

Shift times can be: 8am - 3pm 3pm - 10pm 10pm - 8am (Sleep in shifts - Must work 2 sleep in shifts per week).
