About this apprenticeship
You'll learn to receive, assist and direct patients to the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous and efficient way, with training and support. You'll provide assistance to the team, develop your communication, customer service and admin skills, and learn how to provide a positive experience to patients and visitors.
Working week
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.30pm, on a shift pattern. Half an hour unpaid break. Work additional hours when necessitated including covering extended opening hours & covering for staff shortages/leave; including cover on days other than normal working days.
