About this apprenticeship

Start your hospitality career as a Front of House Apprentice. You’ll learn to welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and respond to customer enquiries. Gain practical experience, build your confidence and communication skills, and complete a Customer Service qualification while helping guests enjoy great dining experiences.

Working week

You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekends, primarily in the evenings. Your weekly hours will range from 30 to 37, with shifts agreed on a rota basis.
