About this apprenticeship
We are an artisan bakery whose bakery team produce freshly made breads, pastries and cakes with high quality ingredients, in-house, daily. We take pride in supporting apprentices who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills within the sectors that we are able to support e.g. bread, lamination, pastry.
Working week
Shifts will occur throughout the week on a rota basis. Monday - Sunday shift hours will be between the hours 03:00am - 12:00pm.
