About this apprenticeship

A Customer Service Apprentice provides support to customers while developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for a career in customer service. Working alongside experienced colleagues, the apprentice learns how to deliver excellent customer experiences, resolve enquiries, and build positive relationships with customers.

Working week

Monday to Friday - 7 hours per day. 1 hour lunch break. Times to be discussed with applicant.
